How does the "Forgot Username" option work?

If you have forgotten your username, you can retrieve it by doing the following:

1. Click on the Forgot Username link on the Login page. To get to the Login page from the upper right-hand corner, click on "Login" to see the two boxes then click on "Login" again to be taken to the light blue login page.
2. You will then be asked to enter your email address.
3. Your username and password will now be emailed to the email account. You can click on the "Home" button to return to the Perma-Bound.com home page.

How does the "Forgot Password" option work?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by doing the following:

1. Click on the Forgot Password link on the Login page. To get to the Login page from the upper right-hand corner, click on "Login" to see the two boxes then click on "Login" again to be taken to the light blue login page.
2. You will then be asked to enter your username.
3. Your password will now be emailed to the email account on file for your username. You can click on the "Home" button to return to the Perma-Bound.com home page.
