Go to MY ACCOUNT - "Funding Options" left-hand menu. Select "I want to view the Trade Book Contract Titles." At any point in time you may switch back to using one of the other current New York City contracts, whose funding options are available in the same menu.

Shopdoe.com allows users to find items available for purchasing using the FAMIS Purchasing system. The ShopDOE website is the replacement for fastrackcatalog.com. Shopdoe.com has many similar features to fastrackcatalog.com (such as being able to search for items by commodity code) and different features as well (such as the ability to email a list of items). The link below will take you to a list of steps that will assist you with using the Shopdoe.com website.

Go to MY ACCOUNT - "Funding Options" left-hand menu. Select "I want to view the Library Book Contract Titles. At any point in time you may switch back to using one of the other current New York City contracts.

Easy to Use Excel Export Option

Note: Library Processing Profiles must be completed before you can purchase through the system.

  1. Login to your account on the BIP2 website

  2. Go to Advanced Search page on BIP2
  3. Scroll down to the 'upload a csv file' section
  4. Go to Perma-Bound.com and log into your website account to create a list. (Note: You may create a list with any number of titles, but you can only submit a maximum of 50 titles at a time to the BIP2 system.)
  5. Export the list using the Perma-Bound 'Export' feature located below your Lists/Quotes window.
  6. Delete all columns and headings from the Excel file except for ISBN (Note: If you have exported a list with more than 50 items, you may want to divide that single file out into separate ones with 50 or fewer items a piece for uploading into the BIP2 site.)
  7. Save as a .csv file (Please take note where this new file has been saved on your computer.)
  8. Back on the BIP2 website, go to 'Browse' to find your 50 (or fewer) item file and upload it.

  9. Choose Perma-Bound Editions/Prebinds as your format.
  10. Specify quantities in the corresponding boxes

  11. When you are finished with selecting the formats and quantities, choose the type of list action.
  12. Save the list
