This Privacy Policy applies to all information from which an individual can be identified - personal information - that has been collected by Hertzberg New-Method Inc. / Perma Bound Books here after referred to as “HNM”. Additionally, in our section on Online Information, we also discuss how we gather and use all information gathered online even if it is not personal information. HNM will not deviate from this policy even if applicable national laws are less stringent than this policy.

Collection & Use
In general, you can visit www.perma-bound.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We collect information on which pages people access, track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us, and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous. The information we collect from your domain name is used for internal review by us and is then discarded. We use this information to improve the content of our web site and it is not shared with other organizations for any purposes.

Pricing and Availability
We cannot guarantee that every title within the Products will be available at any given time. We do guarantee, however, that we will replace materials that are not processed to your order specifications, provided you notify us of any processing error within sixty days of our invoice date. If you receive a defective item, return it to us within sixty days of its purchase, along with a description of the defect, our original invoice number, and a contact's name, number, e-mail address and fax number. If you plan to return more than ten books or five audiovisual items due to defects, please contact us first to request a return authorization. We will, at our option, either replace defective materials with the same titles, bindings and/or formats, or issue you a credit.
Disclosure
HNM will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any customer identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of a HNM web site or online service -- including customer names and addresses -- without the consent of the customer. When HNM uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, HNM will ensure that the company protects your customer identifiable information consistent with this Policy.
