How does the “Forgot Username” option work?
If you have forgotten your username, you can retrieve it by doing the following:
- Click on the Forgot Username link on the Login screen. To get to the Login screen from the upper right-hand corner, click on “Login” to see the two boxes then click on “Login” again to be taken to the light blue login page.
- You will then be asked to enter your email address.
- Your username and password will now be emailed to the email account. You can click on the “Home” button to return to the Perma-Bound.com home page.

- Your password will now be emailed to the email account on file for your username. You can click on the “Home” button to return to the Perma-Bound.com home page.
