Introduction
Perma-Bound.com is a powerful search and management tool for curriculum and collection development. Our website provides access to all Perma-Bound titles, including audiovisual and teacher support materials, as well as an array of product sets and series.
You can use the website’s search tools to research and select products for your own custom lists, then sort, merge, print, copy, and further refine these lists. You can also easily share your lists with other Perma-Bound users, submit quotes and orders online, and create your own individual processing preferences. Alternatively, you can print your lists and use them to place orders via conventional mail, fax, or phone.
The Help Center provides detailed information on all aspects of Perma-Bound.com. Select by topic to view descriptions and step-by-step instructions, or browse the FAQ area to consult our Frequently Asked Questions. You can also click on the “More Info” icons throughout the site for handy reminders and explanations.

Menu Areas
Perma-Bound.com’s organizational structure uses seven different menu areas. You can always return to the main menu area by clicking on “My Account.”

Returns you to Perma-Bound.com’s homepage.
- Perma-Bound Mascot:
Takes you to the “Our Binding” page.
- Quick Search:
Choose basic search criteria and enter keywords within the upper right-hand box to begin selecting titles.
- Lists, Orders, Quotes:
This area provides options for managing custom lists. It also shows the status of any quotes or orders.
- Searches:
Select from among Advanced, Accelerated Reader, and Sets search tools
- User Information:
You can manage your personal profile, contacts, and memos here.
- Manage My Collection:
Upload MARC record files, view an Analysis Overview of your records, and receive information on duplicate titles.
- Inbox:
Messages about quotes or orders, as well as brief comments from other users and contacts who share lists with you will appear here.
- Contact Sales Rep:
Clicking on this link will display all of the contact information for the sales representatives in your state.

ATOS - Advantage TASA Open Standard - similar to Lexile, ATOS is a
readability formula that results in a readability level for books. The ATOS
levels are assigned when the Accelerated Quizzes are developed.

Perma-Bound.com gives you access to every product we offer, including all the items in our catalog. Consider this website a more extensive individualized version of our catalog.
Can I compile a list without registering online?
No, in order to take full advantage of our custom list management tools, you must sign up for an account.
How often are your prices updated?
They are updated daily.
I logged in but I don’t see my lists and orders - what happened?
Try hitting the “refresh” or “reload” button on your web browser. If you have several different user accounts, it is also possible you have logged in to the wrong one. You can double-check your account status by calling us toll free at +1 800 637-6581 or emailing us at techsupport@perma-bound.com.
I have been logged onto perma-bound.com for several days now, but it is asking me to login again now - why?
You are automatically logged off after two weeks time after your initial login to the website. This is for your security and to help us maintain site integrity.
